I am a certified Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho level II energy therapist and a practitioner of ritual and trance. I utilize my professional dance experience, allowing the body to be the conduct of energies and awareness. I also work with Runes, Light Language and shamanic symbolism, to offer You the full Alchemy Approach.
In my teenage years, I came across the concept of energy, as fundamental force in the body, and if it weren't for Google, I wouldn't have been able to absorb all the information about Chakras, body energy, and methods of inner integration. From meditation, visualization, chanting, to EFT tapping, my sensitivity deepened significantly. At the same time, since childhood, I was immersed in the world of free body expression which was an indispensable catalyst for transformation and expanding consciousness. Over time, I began to sense immaterial energies, see flashes, and sometimes even hear words. Naturally, I was totally terrified. I questioned the sharpness of my mind and senses. When I went to university - Master of Arts at the Academy of St. Wyspiański in Krakow, Faculty of Dance Theater - the sensations intensified to the point where I needed a grounded system that would help me navigate through all of this. That's how I began my journey to certification in energy therapy Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho. With a clear system, I could better verify what I was perceiving and fully immerse myself in the world of spirituality with complete freedom.
The main theme of my path - integration of the subconscious and consciousness through the body - also resonated through my artistic experiences. As a performer, choreographer, movement teacher, and participant in international projects, exploring dance folklore in the People's Republic of China, gender identity in Salzburg, Austria, and learning contact improvisation principles in Hungary, I was most motivated by expanding the body as an instrument of integration and expression. Upon graduation, I wrote a master's thesis titled: “Timeless Therapy. Dance and its Healing Aspects.” where I conducted research on Haitian Vodun and TRE - Trauma Release Exercises. Simultaneously, I developed and continue to develop on a spiritual path - working with Reiki, Runes, Light Language and Hermetic Alchemy.
I feel a strong call to create a space for connection between the wisdom of the body, energy transmutation, and the ability to self-heal. I want the subtle communication with one's inner self to be accessible to everyone.
